Built for modern energy analytics

Advanced Measurement & Verification for HVAC

Blends predictive models with physics-based models for accurate energy savings estimation and operational insights. A novel method is applied to quantify the extent to which the assumptions behide the predictive models still hold after the upgrade.

Deals with non-routine events by supporting efficiency upgrades, activity shifts, and transient events, isolating retrofit-attributable savings from occupancy changes without full re-baselining.

A well-defined workflow for M&V

Meval guides users in applying all the steps needed for a robust M&V analysis that can deal with energy consumption shifts and non-routine events.

Energy Savings Estimation
A continuously updated causal inference model estimates the impact of applying energy efficiency upgrades in buildings. Buildings are defined by the characteristics of their technical systems and time-series of their sensors and meters.
Customizable Scenarios
Users can create upgrade scenarios and compare their impact. Scenarios are defined as HVAC technologies to be installed in a building, as well as sensor and control capabilities of them.
Analytics & Reporting
Estimate occupancy, identify energy consumption patterns and detect outliers in the energy consumption of a building. Generate reports to support investment decisions on efficiency upgrades.

The Meval tool has been created in the framework of the SRI2MARKET project. It is developed and maintained by HEBES Intelligence.

HEBES Intelligence offers commercial tools and white-label services for the measurement and verification of energy efficiency gains from building system upgrades, including non-routine event detection and automatic correction.
